The Bg is good. Could be better. The crack texture dosen't fit Imo. Add a stadium and some light work.
The render is good. Nice effecys. Well blended. Good double render.
The texture work is ok. Could be better. Apply the texture better.
The text could be better. Change the Font. And it would be good.
