Looks nice mate, like youre style.

Think text is ok, but the colour is to bright, the text shoulden't be the first you look at.
Render is nicely done, but i think the effects is a bit overdone on his arms, but rest looks good. You have blended it well.
Background is fine and clean and text in background works good.

Hmm, imo the render is a bit too blurry, try removing some of the gaussian blur on overlay or what it is . Except of that, the render is pretty nice. Bg is too dark, try lightening it up. Blending could be improved, colors too, but lightning is okay. Text could be improved, try working more on it. KIU, mate..

The BG Looks Ok..Needs A Few More Textures Imo...And It's Too Dark..Add Some Lighting And Try Make It Look More Interesting....
