the black/white version looks best but i prefer the colored one, so work on the colors in the first! adjust the saturation and contrasts and it should help
bg is nice and goes well with the render, but the render effects and lighting is overdone.. tone it down, and work on the blending!
text could be better too

lighting looks a bit overdone in his arms
try to light up your left side
text could be in a better position
keep praticing

don'T like the font,try an elegant one.
