well the BG and colors need more work , the render size and effects could be better looks blured for me , lights are so bright , i don't know why you use a anelka render at the left beilding need more work also the text you ahve better fonts and colors for it , try to improve those things on applying some tuts , kiu !

Not bad, but I'm not a fan. Just a note that the sign looks WAYYYY low quality. So the background is okay, you could make it more interesting, like with some textures or something. The render's alright, I mean, that's the most LQ part and I think it looks too big in proportion to the rest of the sign. Tbh I don't know what that Anelka picture is doing there, it looks kind of awkward and out of place. Texture work, well, they're not applied very well and the choices of textures could be better. The colors are okay, they could match better. Text is not good, the font doesn't match and it stands out much. The placement could be much better. Keep practicing and as goufal said, look at some tutorials and you'll improve.
