Comm please...

There are elements in both that are better than the other, so its difficult to choose one over the other.
At a push, I'd go with V2.
But the text doesn't fit, its too big, and seems to take too much focus away from the render, also try to place it a little closer to Nani.
The textures aint bad, but the colouring is off, if you were trying to go with the Portugal colours here, Im afraid they dont work well, the green just shouldn't be there. Try to stick with colours from the render next time.
The stock used is the most attractive part of the sig, so try some tuts on how to acheive greater things with the BG and text, not to mention colouring. There are basic principles that you need to stick to with colouring, otherwise they just wont fit.
